“Steven N. Adjei was a key speaker at our Leadership Panel for our Distance Learning MBA students across the globe. He provided insightful, honest, and genuine insights on leadership, harnessing strengths, and resilience. Sharing his personal story and his red flag pain framework was a powerful way for people to identify leadership and entrepreneurship challenges and learn how to address them.
Our students, who also hold leadership positions, were eager to learn more from his book 'Paying the Price,' and many sought his advice after the session. I will never forget the motivation he gave to budding entrepreneurs, encouraging them to overcome procrastination and fear by saying, "Don't wait!"
In addition, he is a great listener, kind, and generous and willingly shares his knowledge regularly through newsletters, webinars and posts to empower students and colleagues.”
